Texting works well if you've got a photo of the unit, the thermostat or an error code.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm
Saturday, 8am to 4pm
Sunday, emergency calls only
After hours, call anyway if it's an emergency. If we can't pick up, leave a message and we'll call you back.
What helps when you call
- Your address, or the nearest cross streets
- What the system is doing (or not doing)
- Furnace, heat pump, AC or mini split, if you know
- Roughly how old it is. The label on the unit usually shows the year.
- Anything you've already tried
Don't know half of that? That's fine. We'll figure it out.
