Thermostats
Smart and programmable thermostats, installed and set up properly. That matters a lot with heat pumps, where the wrong settings can run expensive backup heat all winter.

Ductwork and airflow
Repairs, sealing and small changes for the bedroom that never gets warm or the vent that whistles. Ducts in crawlspaces and attics come apart more often than you'd think.
